Empathy & Understanding

This is the foundation of my coaching and training. I am no stranger to adversity. From mental health to physical health I come from a place of understanding the difficulties that come with this journey and I approach every individual with that same empathy and understanding.

I’m Dani, a lifestyle and fitness coach with over 15 years of experience in training, coaching, and helping people build sustainable, lasting change. But let’s be real—years alone don’t make a great coach. What matters is what those years have built.

I started as an athlete, drawn to pushing limits and seeing what was possible. That passion led me to coaching—not just training people in the gym, but helping them reshape their habits, mindset, and approach to fitness in a way that actually sticks.

I’ve been through this journey myself, from losing 70 pounds in 10 months to building strength, racing, and even opening my own training studio. Along the way, I’ve coached hundreds of people—from busy professionals and tech workers to athletes and everyday individuals—helping them get stronger, feel better, and take control of their health in a way that works for them.
