Empathy & Understanding

This is the foundation of my coaching and training. I am no stranger to adversity. From mental health to physical health I come from a place of understanding the difficulties that come with this journey and I approach every individual with that same empathy and understanding.

Hi! My name is Dani and I am a lifestyle and fitness coach with more than 15 years of experience in both personal training and coaching but that’s so boring right? We all know it’s not the quantity but the quality of those years that truly matter, so let me share a little about myself and why I am not just another coach or trainer. 

My approach to health and fitness isn't typical of the route many others take. 

I always felt that there was something missing in the typical personal training equation. That piece was coaching. 

I can train you all day, everyday but if your habits when we aren't together aren't great, it won't make as much a difference. 

I could craft you the most perfect program and plan in the world but if you aren't in a place where you can self-motivate to get it done then the program is useless.

Coaching is the foundation of all the work we will do together. 

Because living a healthy and fit lifestyle isn't just about working out and eating "healthy" it is also about the rest of your lifestyle from the thoughts you think to the habits that drive your progress up or down.

I believe everyone has within them the ability to change. I truly believe that no person is beyond saving from themselves. 

Over the past 15 years I have not only had the honor of watching my clients change, grow and thrive but I've also been lucky enough to grow with them.

I am passionate about people. I am passionate about this journey that we go on together.

I am passionate about seeing people through to their goals, helping them navigate the messy unpredictable obstacles that life inevitably throws at us. 

I believe in meeting a person where they are, setting attainable and sustainable goals and working through all that is in between.

This is both my purpose and mission.

I am here to guide you, support you and work your ass out.
